Recomposing Some Moments with Custom American Gothic Art

Joy sent us two pictures, featuring his wife in one and himself in another.

The couple, during this process, was working with the same company. But they used to work in two separate firms, and these pictures were taken at that point.

Since they had been working at the same firm for the last six months, Joy wanted to surprise her better half, Jacqueline, who, unlike him, was a big art lover.

So, he selected this portrait theme, which revolved around American Gothic painting but in a contradictory tone—lighter and humorous.

Firstly, our team brought these pictures together in a single frame; next, they went for facial edits, widening their smiles a bit; with some glow on their faces, they concluded by applying the theme on the entire image.

Then came our painter—who imitated the exact design onto canvas, adding contours, shades, and appropriate colours—adding depth to it.

Here’s the outcome:

Although he gifted her a custom American Gothic painting on an unplanned day, he witnessed a precious reaction which he elaborately noted in an email sent to us.
