Jonathan placed an order for a custom pet portrait last month. He wanted to gift his neighbour on the occasion of their pet’s third birthday.

Harley, who looks like a couch potato, is actually an overly friendly pet who shares a great bond with Johnathan himself.

He has seen Harley grow from an adorable puppy to a mature and obedient dog, and he has never given Harley a thoughtful present on his special day.

Jonathan sent us his picture, which he wanted us to work on.

To add some spice, our designers dressed him like a stubborn duke, contrary to his personality, and made a few changes.

Furthermore, our painter slid the brushstrokes across the canvas, adding depth and colour and making Harley look like a rich and royal duke from 17th-century France.
